Following a successful career as a Senior Human Resources Manager for a private Engineering Company for over 20 years, Mary transferred to the higher education sector, with a particular emphasis on the international student population.
Mary possesses an extensive understanding of the pedagogical issues of working within higher education. She is able to demonstrate expert knowledge of current policies, strategies and legislation relevant to HR with the proven ability to provide advice and information to students, managers, and colleagues alike.
Mary is a proactive and dynamic professional combining a highly successful background in human resources management with invaluable experience acquired in the education sector. She possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills used to substantially improve relationships across an organisation. She enjoys being part of, as well as managing and motivating, a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.
